Barry Inglett graduated with honors from Columbia University in 1975 and is a Certified Hand Therapist and Credentialed McKenzie Therapist. He is a physical therapist and co-owner of Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center. His clinical emphasis has been mechanically oriented treatment interventions in all areas of orthopedics and sports medicine. Subspecialties include the hand and spine. Additionally, Mr. Inglett is certified in the California Functional Capacity Evaluation System performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's) to help to determine the patient's ability to return to work. Mr. Inglett is also a partner in Mailly & Inglett Consultingwhich is a practice management company. He has been retained by numerous insurance companies as well as the New Jersey Attorney General's Office offering expert witness testimony in physical therapy practice. Mr. Inglett is a guest lecturer for UMDNJ's Physical Therapy Program as well as a clinical instructor for several universities and colleges in their Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistants programs. Mr. Inglett is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He is a past recipient of APTANJ's President's Award, Outstanding Service Award, and the Legislative Achievement Award. He has held several positions in the APTA NJ including President, Director, Professional Affairs Representative and Reimbursement Specialist. He also holds membership in the orthopedic, private practice, and sports medicine sections of the APTA and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and The Academy of Hand and Upper Extremity Physical Therapy. Mr. Inglett served 9 years on the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy appointed by past Governor Christine Whitman and also served on the Board as a chairman. This board monitors and reviews many aspects of care and professional conduct of all physical therapists in the State of NJ.

Catherine Laico graduated Magna cum Laude from Kean College/University of Medicine and Dentistry's Physical Therapy program. After graduation she was employed by North Jersey Rehabilitative Services as a staff physical therapist working with orthopedic, spinal and sports medicine patients. She then went on to Wayne Physical Therapy& Spine Center continuing with the same patient population. She became a Clinical Manager and eventually partner at the facility. She has continued working as a clinician treating orthopedic, spinal and sports medicine patients in addition to playing an active role in running the practice. Ms. Laico is a Credentialed McKenzie Therapist, being recognized with a level of expertise in the McKenzie method of evaluation and Treatment. She has significant post-graduate training in physical therapy in orthopedics, sports medicine, and spinal care. Her clinical emphasis has been mechanically oriented treatment interventions and she is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Ms. Laico is a clinical instructor for several area colleges and universities for their physical therapy and physical therapy assistants programs.Additionally she has served on the admissions committee for the University of Medicine and Dentistry /Kean College's Physical Therapy Program. Ms. Laico is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She is a past recipient of the APTA NJ President's Award. She also holds membership in the Orthopedic, Private Practice, and Sports Medicine sections of the APTA. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and the McKenzie Institute USA. Additionally, Ms. Laico is co-owner of Physical Therapy Cost Containment Consultants, a company involved in cost containment, peer reviews, and control of fraud and abuse.

Jeanette Catoggio graduated with honors from New York University's Physical Therapy Program. She was then employed by Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ. As a staff physical therapist she worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and patient types including orthopedic and neurologic patients, on both an in-patient and out-patient basis. She also worked in the amputee clinic. Ms Catoggio then moved on to Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, NJ. As a staff physical therapist there she worked with neurological and orthopedic patients on both an in-patient and out-patient basis. Her concentration became orthopedics and sports medicine. She was involved in the Sports Medicine Clinic having the opportunity to work in the Pre-Season Athletic Screening Program. Ms. Catoggio came to Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center in 1991. As a physical therapist at our facility she has worked with a wide variety of patient types, including our neurologic patients, pediatric patients, orthopedic and athletic patients. She performs FCE's for many of our workers' compensation patients to help to determine the patient's ability to return to work. Ms. Catoggio has extensive continuing education with emphasis on orthopedics, athletics, spinal and manual therapies and treatments. She is a Credentialed McKenzie therapist. Ms. Catoggio is also a clinical instructor for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students from a wide variety of schools that affiliate with Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center. Ms. Catoggio holds membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.

Ms. Bliss graduated with honors from Essex County Community College's Physical Therapist Assistants Program. She has worked at Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center as a Physical Therapist Assistant since graduating. She has worked with a wide range of patient types including neurological, pediatric, orthopedic sports injuries, and spinal patients. Her concentration has been in orthopedics and sports related injuries both clinically and in her continuing education work. Ms. Bliss has been involved in clinical instruction for students at Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center and has served as our Clinical Coordinator, coordinating students from various schools. Additionally, Ms. Bliss has been a Clinical Manager, working in a supervisory capacity on many levels involving the daily running and management of the office. In addition to her work at Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center, Ms. Bliss has worked per diem for the Consortium in Fairfield NJ and Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown NJ assisting in treatment of orthopedic and neurological patients on both an in-patient and out-patient basis. Ms. Bliss holds membership in the American Physical Therapy Association and the Affiliate Assembly of the NJ Chapter of the A.P.T.A.
